Navigate to the link provided above and this is what your screen should look like. Now, Click on the Connect button which appears at the top right corner of the screen.

<aside> 💡 As Bricks Protocol is built on Polygon (MATIC) Network, you will have to connect your Metamask If you are currently connected to a different network e.g. Ethereum, clicking on the ‘Connect to Polygon Mainnet’ will switch your Metamask’s network to Polygon for you.

To change the network to Polygon, just click on ‘Switch network’ to allow Bricks Protocol to switch your network to Polygon.

<aside> 💡 The process will also change the network to Polygon if you are currently connected to some other network. All you need to do is approve the transactions from your Metamask.

Choose the event you want to participate in and click on the ‘*Join Event’ *****button. You would have to approve the succeeding transactions from your metamask after clicking the button.
<aside> <img src="https://cdn-icons-png.flaticon.com/512/1808/1808306.png" alt="https://cdn-icons-png.flaticon.com/512/1808/1808306.png" width="40px" /> To join an event, you need to have some MATIC (Polygon’s Native Currency) in your Polygon Address to pay for the gas fees of the transactions. Having just about 0.04 MATIC will allow you to join a tournament hassle-free. In case the tournament has an entry fee, you also need to make sure that you have the specific asset in that amount. You can buy some MATIC using your credit card via Moonpay. To convert your MATIC or any other asset to another asset e.g. USDT, you can use platforms like Quickswap.

Once joined, you can click on the Go To Event button to start with the buying and selling of the tradable assets.
<aside> ℹ️ It is advised to click on the Event Card which opens the drawer with detailed Event Information. You can click on the ‘Go to Event’ button

<aside> ⚠️ You will not be able to access the event if the tournament has not begun yet.

When you visit the event page, you will be shown the trading chart of Bitcoin by default. You can choose the asset you want to view by clicking on the Asset Icon at the bottom-left corner. You can scroll and click on your preferred asset to view its details. After going through the price trend and doing your analysis, if you feel confident about buying the particular asset you can click on the BUY button to initiate the addition of the asset to your virtual portfolio.
